mcl_campfires

Adds the campfire and its soul variant.

DinoNuggies4665 - Cooking logic implemented. thunder1035 - Redesigned model and texture tweaks. AncientMariner - Changed smoke to particle spawner and tweaked particle configuration. Michieal - Fixed misc. errors.
