Observer=オブザーバー

An observer is a redstone component which observes the block in front of it and sends a very short redstone pulse whenever this block changes.=オブザーバーはレッドストーン部品で、目前のブロックを観察し、このブロックが変更されるたびに非常に短いレッドストーンパルスを送信します。

Place the observer directly in front of the block you want to observe with the “face” looking at the block. The arrow points to the side of the output, which is at the opposite side of the “face”. You can place your redstone dust or any other component here.=観察したいブロックの真正面に、オブザーバーの「顔」がブロックを見るように置いてください。矢印は出力側を指しており、「顔」の反対側にあたります。ここにはレッドストーンダスト等の部品が置けます。
