Some fixes for mcl_beds

- remove enable_bed_night_skip setting (mcl_playersSleepingPercentage setting can be used to enable disable night skip)
- make it possible to change mcl_playersSleepingPercentage ingame
- fix weird bug which allowed only numbers <= 0
